The rotational program focuses on developing management skills in both Hotel and Food & Beverage operations and is comprised of two 9-month rotations in supervisory roles. Program participants will have the career-defining opportunity to join the team responsible for opening the Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, California.

Program Highlights

  • Hands-on management training through two 9-month job rotations, focused on either hotel operations or food & beverage. Potential supervisory assignments include: front desk, housekeeping, valet parking, laundry, pool/beach, banquet, restaurants and in-room dining.
