As
if this Valentine´s Day couldn´t get any sweeter, Lauren Conrad of Paper Crown
and Anna Bond of Rifle Paper Co. are bringing their covetable collaboration to
a pop-up shop at The Grove in Los Angeles. Open today through February 15th,
the beautifully curated space, located in the Grand Lobby, houses the
collection´s unique stationary, cell phone cases, and apparel-think: romantic
dresses and breezy separates swathed in Rifle Paper Co.´s signature floral
prints. And to make things even more special, Lauren Conrad will be on hand to
help you pick out the perfect pieces. Can´t make it this weekend? Don´t fret,
the collection will be available after the pop-up closes in stores and online.
We
chatted with Conrad about the collaboration, so keep reading for our interview.
How did the Paper Crown x Rifle Paper Co.
collaboration come about?
We started to talk to Anna over at Rifle Paper
Co. about a year ago, and we were really excited about doing the project
together because we´re longtime fans. We decided to do a spring collection,
because we love her florals. Anna did three beautiful and very different
florals for us, and we put them on to a capsule collection, and then she took
those garments and put them onto cards. So a little swap!
Can you tell us about the pop-up shop at The
Grove?
The idea is to pop by and prep yourself for
Valentine´s Day. Get cute outfits, presents for your loved ones, and all
thing´s Valentine´s Day! We´re going to have both collections in there, so
we´ll have the Paper Crown spring collection and we´ll have all of
Anna´s paper goods and lots of little Valentine´s Day cards. We´re also
going to include other little giftables, like candles from thelittlemarket.com, and there
will be a bunch of different floral arrangements.
