The Seasonal Hospitality Associate plays an important role in delivering an elevated guest experience throughout the holiday season. This position supports the Caruso Signature loyalty program and hospitality operations by providing luxury service, coordinating events, and creating personalized guest interactions. The Concierge Supervisor is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role responsible for the daily performance of the Concierge team and the quality of every guest and tenant interaction across the property. This position provides direct support to the Concierge Manager across all aspects of daily operations and steps in to lead the team whenever the Manager is off property. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. The Supervisor leads by example at the Concierge Desk while managing team performance, resolving escalations, and completing administrative responsibilities. The Supervisor also plays an active role in seasonal activations such as Santa House and Bunny Bungalow, supporting staffing, sales, and guest experience throughout each program. Balancing competing priorities, high guest volume, and shifting business needs is a regular part of this role. Success requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and consistent follow-through on both daily responsibilities and guest resolutions. Must demonstrate initiative, anticipate needs before they arise, and consistently uphold Caruso policies and standards. The position reports directly to the Concierge Manager along with direction from Property Management.

Santa Helpers will greet guests, assist with posing children on Santa’s sleigh, and work to provide a memorable holiday experience. This role will help monitor lines of waiting guests, answer questions regarding the property, and attend to special requests from guests. Santa Helpers will perform all responsibilities with professional enthusiasm and the highest regard for the true meaning of hospitality. Must be comfortable with spreading holiday cheer and utilizing a variety of seasonal greetings. This is a Seasonal role beginning early November, until 12/24/26.

The Masonic Temple Concierge Ambassador will be the first point of contact with guests and tenants in the building. The primary responsibility is to provide an unparalleled level of service in a professional, friendly, warm and engaging manner. Will orchestrate the flow of the lobby and foster ongoing positive relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional customer service in order to exceed expectations.

Caruso offers a selective and challenging Summer Intern experience for college students. This full-time, 9-week program begins in June and offers students a realistic preview of the diverse responsibilities involved in working at a multifaceted real estate development company. Participants gain exposure to a variety of departments and interface with Caruso team members, including Executive Management, the CEO, and the Founder. Caruso maintains an innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere, which affords each intern the chance to complete meaningful work while contributing actionable ideas and suggestions to the organization. This internship is designed for students entering their junior or senior year, as well as recent graduates from the Class of 2027.
