The Leasing Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Leasing team through the review, abstraction, and administration of lease agreements and related legal documents. This position is ideal for candidates with strong lease administration experience, attention to detail, and interest in real estate operations. The Leasing Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the integrity of lease documentation, compliance with contractual obligations, and the smooth execution of leasing transactions.

The Property Manager, Residential Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of 8500 Burton Way, Caruso’s premier flagship full-service community comprised of 87 exceptional apartment residences. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple departments, including concierge, leasing, valet, house car, housekeeping, security and engineering. The Property Manager will uphold five-star Caruso hospitality standards, drive financial performance, maintain impeccable property conditions, and ensure an exceptional resident and guest experience. Additionally, the Property Manager will oversee the performance of the mixed-use retail portion of the property including Trader Joe’s and Emilia Ristorante. This key management role will lead the team by developing, mentoring, and coaching all direct reports. 

The Manager of Events & Brand Experiences is responsible for developing, planning, and executing special events, enhancing guest experiences, and fostering brand collaborations across Carusos diverse portfolio.  This role encompasses event ideation, planning, budgeting, client service, account management, event logistics coordination, strategic brand alliances, and reporting.  Working as an in-house events agency, this role services all departments and properties within the Caruso portfolio.

The Sr. Director of Architecture is responsible for managing the execution of design across all phases of development projects, with a primary focus on production, permitting, budgeting, bidding, and construction processes. This role ensures that design intent is maintained through detailed documentation, regulatory approvals, and construction, delivering high-quality, buildable, and bespoke solutions for complex developments.

The Concierge Ambassador will provide an unparalleled level of service in a professional, friendly, warm, and engaging manner in order to exceed expectations for both residents of Palisades Village and guests visiting our retail center. Concierge Ambassadors are direct liaisons who interact with guests and residents, answering questions, giving directions, and coordinating detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires an understanding of property retail tenants, residential services, events, and amenities, along with knowledge of local sites, destinations, events, and venues. The Concierge will perform all responsibilities with professional enthusiasm and the highest regard for the true meaning of hospitality. Must be flexible to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays to support the property operation and needs of the Concierge team. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Porters are direct liaisons who interact with guests answering questions and picking up/delivering packages to specific locations. This position requires understanding of the property, including events and services.
