This role oversees paid digital media, social strategy and community management, influencer partnerships, and website content updates, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, performance-driven, and aligned to business objectives. Serving as the strategic integrator across creative, media, property marketing, and brand partnership marketing, the Director translates campaign objectives into cross-channel plans with clear KPIs and measurable results. The role partners closely with Corporate Communications to align marketing initiatives with earned media efforts and broader brand objectives.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for all physical operations, maintenance and repairs of the properties; including preservation and maintenance of the facilities in a first-class manner in accordance with policies and procedures defined by the company, maintaining and/or decreasing the operating expenses of the property, providing a quality business environment for tenants and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the property staff. The Engineers are primarily responsible for satisfactory completion of all service requests at the property.  This position will be responsible for set-up and takedown of all events on property.  Travel to sister properties required as needed.

The Leasing Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Leasing team through the review, abstraction, and administration of lease agreements and related legal documents. This position is ideal for a paralegal or legal professional with strong contract experience, attention to detail, and an interest in real estate operations. The Leasing Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the integrity of lease documentation, compliance with contractual obligations, and the smooth execution of leasing transactions.

The Concierge Supervisor, Americana at Brand, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Concierge team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and maintaining a seamless experience for residents, guests, and visitors across our multifaceted property.

The Property Manager of the North Los Angeles Region is responsible for the overall profit, performance and operations of assigned properties which include The Americana at Brand, 252 South Brand, Masonic Temple, North Masonic, Colorado and Central, and Broadway and Central. This position assumes a key leadership role responsible for providing strategic management direction of the property, overseeing all facets of the operation including but not limited to center merchandising, tenant relations, financial planning, contract management, and community involvement, ensuring operational excellence across all departments and financial performance.
