If you missed International Style Institute´s spring sesh at The Grove, clear your sched for Friday, October 2nd through Sunday, October 4th. The three-day fashion boot camp returns to the outdoor shopping center next month with another round of pro career tips, styling classes, and more.
Each day kicks off at 8:30am with breakfast and coffee, followed by hands-on workshops on Friday and Saturday and guest speakers on Sunday; lunch is also provided. The syllabus includes an intro to editorial and celebrity styling led by our juice pal Anita Patrickson, hands-on styling and shopping sessions, and a cocktail hour networking event. Speakers include SHO & CO PR maven Juliana Pires, the Wall Group agent Amy Sabel, men´s stylist Andrew Weitz, Chrissy Teigen-faved makeup artist Elizabeth Castellanos and hair stylist Jennifer Loura, and more.
On top of taking home career-boosting knowledge, two lucky students will score the opportunity to assist Patrickson on a major photoshoot. All aspiring insiders will take home photos to add to their styling portfolio, a steamer, a stylist´s kit valued at over $500, one-year subscriptions to Allure magazine and pro portfolio site Dripbook, and much more.
