The Fountain Bar
If you’re looking for a more relaxing way to appreciate the latest franchise installment, stop by The Grove’s newly opened space in Los Angeles for a pair of Star Wars inspired cocktails. Guests can choose between “The Dark Side” or “The Force” cocktail, both based on The Fountain Bar’s custom gin and tonic menu. “The Dark Side” includes Plymouth Navy Strength Gin, Fever Tree Indian Tonic, and three dried red chile peppers, and when you sip it, the cocktail turns red.
Meanwhile, “The Force” features both Kendrick’s Gin and Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic served with a pipette of cucumber juice that, when squeezed, turns the drink bright green—the color of Luke’s newest lightsaber.
