After nearly a year’s worth of teasing, Topshop and Topman’s 30,000-square-foot flagship store is finally set to open at The Grove on Valentine’s Day at exactly 4pm. To prep for the highly anticipated launch, we checked in with the London high street retailer to see what’s going down on the big day.

A Topshop rep tells us that The Grove will turn into a British street party around 3pm with free treats, live music and special guest appearances. The store doors will officially open one hour later and although they’re not doing anything special for early shoppers (i.e. wristbands), a line is expected to form at 2 or 3pm. (We wouldn’t be surprised if diehards start queuing at the break of dawn.)

Let’s talk inventory. In addition to the brand’s mainline, the store will feature key collections from Unique (their London Fashion Week range), Boutique (a premium, limited edition line) and the second designer collaboration with J.W. Anderson. Because this city loves denim, the space will also showcase Topshop’s popular Leigh Jeans in a variety of color-ways. Last but not least, an LA exclusive collection will be revealed that features pieces hand-picked by Topshop’s holiday campaign star, Kate Bosworth.

To further salute Topshop’s UK roots, a fleet of London cabs will soon be hitting the streets to transport VIPs and lure shoppers. Click through our gallery for some exciting store renderings and be there (or be square) next Thursday!
