On the heels of the Beverly Hills opening, Nozawa’s SugarFISH concept debuts at the Commons at Calabasas today, now open for lunch and dinner. Like the six other locations, you can’t make a reservation for a spot at the sushi bar or tables. Just roll in for a taste of chef Nozawa’s classically straightforward sushi – no bells and whistles here, just fresh fish done right – on the reasonably priced “Trust Me” menus ($17, $25 and $35). Or you can order a la carte. And remember, tip is already included. SugarFISH is open Monday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from noon to 9 PM. Dinner starts at 3:30 PM nightly.
