Today we had award-winning Chef Michael Mina, Chef Raj Dixit of Stonehill Tavern at The St. Regis Monarch Beach, and Chef Joseph Conrad of Bourbon Steak Los Angeles at The Americana at Brand participating in a segment promoting Mina Burger Month.
It was a Mina “Burger-off” challenge – highlighting a battle of burgers between Michael Mina´s two restaurants – Stonehill Tavern and the new Bourbon Steak restaurant in Glendale.

Bourbon Steak created their “Blue Bourbon Burger” – American Wagyu Burger, Bourbon Glazed Onions, Blue Cheese Sauce
