Bourbon Steak, the highly regarded steakhouse concept from celebrity chef Michael Mina has opened at The Americana at Brand in Glendale. The menu revolves around organic, grass-fed and hormone-free beef with seasonal ingredients, as well as signature items like tableside tartare, lobster pot pie and truffle donuts. The wine list features more than 350 selections.
