Blue Ribbon Sushi is known for its delicious and fresh sushi, but they also offer some great desserts. The sushi bar serves a one-of-a-kind ginger bread pudding. Decadent in every way, this bread pudding dessert is topped with crystallized ginger and a luxurious warm caramel sauce. Blue Ribbon, which lauds from NYC, found inspiration for this dessert when the east coast Blue Ribbon Bakery Market had too much of a good thing – leftover bread. Since then, the ginger bread pudding dessert has become a staple (created by owner/chef Bruce Bromberg) for the restaurant and is the perfect way to end a Blue Ribbon Sushi experience. Blue Ribbon Sushi is located at The Grove, and treats patrons to family-style Japanese fare. Another great option is their banana-split. Made with red bean caramel, hot fudge, macadamia nuts and lychee, it´s a must order and one you won´t want to pass up. If you´re wondering what dessert to get, just sample both!
