Rebecca Minkoff leaves New York Fashion Week behind, heads to LA

Rebecca Minkoff is the latest designer to announce plans to skip New York in favor of the sunnier climes of LA this February.

While the East Coast prepares to play host to the women’s Fall/Winter 2017 ready-to-wear shows, February 4 will see the US designer reveal her see-now-buy-now collection at the city’s retail location The Grove, WWD reports.

The news sees Minkoff join major brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Tom Ford in deviating from the traditional New York schedule, with all three set to show in LA in early 2017.
