Caruso’s Palisades Village is stuffed with dining options

More good news for diners in the upscale Pacific Palisades neighborhood, as Blue Ribbon Sushi has officially signed off on a new lease at the under-construction Palisades Village development.

Blue Ribbon Sushi comes to the Palisades by way of New York City and, more recently, LA’s own The Grove. The ever-expanding company owned by brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg has half a dozen sushi restaurants along the East Coast, plus standalone brasseries and sit-down steakhouses from Miami to Las Vegas and beyond. Now they’re growing their local footprint with a standalone restaurant space that looks out on the communal lawn that acts as a hub for the Village project overall. There will be an open dining room, sushi counter for omakase experiences, and patio seating as well.

This isn’t the first Bromberg project to be announced for Palisades Village. The Caruso company neighborhood remodel will also include Hank’s, a casual burger bar from the same owners, as well as a slew of other restaurants and retail outlets. The Draycott, Edo Little Bites, McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams, SunLife Organics, and celebrated Seattle chef Renee Erickson are all slated to open at the property in the fall.
