Caruso is Forming a Partnership With LAFD In Support of ‘Fired Up for Preparedness’ Campaign
LAFD Foundation Will Kick Off the Campaign with a Press Conference at 9AM on September 1 at Caruso’s Palisades Village
Los Angeles, Calif., (September 1, 2021) — Caruso, Southern California’s leading real estate development and hospitality group, is pleased to announce its support of the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Foundation’s Fired Up for Preparedness campaign which raises funds to purchase lifesaving tools and equipment for LAFD firefighters who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe.
In observance of Preparedness Month, The Grove and Palisades Village will host a fun and engaging activity series throughout September centered around making a meaningful difference for local firefighters while providing helpful fire safety knowledge to attendees. To participate, guests are encouraged to make a personal donation to the LAFD Foundation upon their registration for each activity – ranging from specialty themed kids’ clubs and storytime in The Park to disaster preparedness classes and brunches for a cause.
With additional limited-time offerings, such as LAFD merchandise available at Caruso Concierge, and participation from fan-favorite Caruso tenants – including Barnes & Noble, CHANEL, diptyque, PAIGE, Madewell, Reformation, Häagen-Dazs, Blue Ribbon, and more – Caruso is proud to be a part of this collaborative effort to support the heroes who protect Los Angeles. One such tenant, Palisades Village’s Qué Padre, will serve up a sizzling themed menu all month long featuring a specialty margarita, extra spicy tacos, and flaming hot street corn with all proceeds going to Station 69 in Pacific Palisades.
