Caruso’s beloved coastal destination returns with a vibrant mix of world-class retail, dining, and community experiences

(Los Angeles, July 8, 2026) – Palisades Village, the beloved Caruso mixed-use destination nestled in the heart of Pacific Palisades, will officially celebrate its grand reopening on Saturday, August 15, marking a highly anticipated and emotional return for one of Los Angeles’ most distinctive coastal destinations.

Just moments from the Pacific Ocean and set within a walkable, open-air environment, Palisades Village has long been defined by its unique blend of refined design, local character, and community spirit. A One-Of-A-Kind Coastal Destination for Shopping and Dining

Palisades Village will once again serve as the heart of daily life in the Palisades, anchored by a thoughtfully curated mix of local small businesses, Los Angeles–based retailers, and globally recognized brands. The property will welcome beloved neighborhood favorites such as Loomey’s Toys and K Bakery, alongside returning names including elysewalker, A.L.C., Erewhon, and Zimmermann, reinforcing its position as a destination that is both deeply rooted in the community and globally relevant.

“Palisades Village has always been defined by the strength and quality of its shopping and dining collection with a curated mix of best-in-class businesses that creates a truly differentiated destination,” said Corinne Verdery, Chief Executive Officer, Caruso. “We’re proud to bring this experience back for the community and to once again set the standard for what a neighborhood village can be.”

At its core is the return of the brands that helped shape the Village from the start, reestablishing the familiar rhythms and everyday experiences that define life in the Palisades, including Brunello Cucinelli, Veronica Beard, Porta Via and Blue Ribbon Sushi, among many others.

This next chapter also introduces a standout lineup of new tenants and first-to-market concepts, including Nancy Silverton’s Italian steakhouse, Spacca Tutto, the first West Coast location for LESET, and a collection of Los Angeles–based brands bringing fresh energy and perspective to the Village, such as Violet Grey and Xirena.

“Palisades Village is 99% leased, with the majority of tenants returning alongside an exciting mix of new retail and dining concepts, nearly one-third of which are new to the property,” said Jackie Levy, Chief Financial and Revenue Officer, Caruso.

Beyond retail and dining, Palisades Village will come to life through a robust calendar of seasonal events, community gatherings, and family-friendly experiences designed to bring neighbors and visitors together year-round.
