Our Santa Helpers will provide an unparalleled level of service in a professional, friendly, warm, and engaging manner to exceed guest expectations. The Masonic Temple Concierge Ambassador will be the first point of contact with guests and tenants in the building. The primary responsibility is to provide an unparalleled level of service in a professional, friendly, warm and engaging manner. Will orchestrate the flow of the lobby and foster ongoing positive relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional customer service in order to exceed expectations.

Caruso offers a selective and challenging Summer Intern experience for college students. This full-time, 9-week program begins in June and offers students a realistic preview of the diverse responsibilities involved in working at a multifaceted real estate development company. Participants gain exposure to a variety of departments and interface with Caruso team members, including Executive Management, the CEO, and the Founder. Caruso maintains an innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere, which affords each intern the chance to complete meaningful work while contributing actionable ideas and suggestions to the organization. This internship is designed for students entering their junior or senior year, as well as recent graduates from the Class of 2027. 

The Marketing Manager will execute and oversee marketing efforts for our Valley Region portfolio, including The Americana at Brand, The Commons at Calabasas, Encino Marketplace, The Lakes at Thousand Oaks, The Promenade at Westlake, and Village at Moorpark. This role will have a focus on driving traffic and sales to the properties and their respective tenants through promotions, events, advertising and other initiatives.  

The Leasing Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Leasing team through the review, abstraction, and administration of lease agreements and related legal documents. This position is ideal for candidates with strong lease administration experience, attention to detail, and interest in real estate operations. The Leasing Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the integrity of lease documentation, compliance with contractual obligations, and the smooth execution of leasing transactions.
